***Please read below before booking, we highly recommend booking ahead due to high requests for appointments. This will ensure you have your preferred time and decrease the wait time between your sessions.

  1. NEW clients (including POSTPARTUM) and RETURNING clients (who have not been seen within 12 months). Please book a 75 Min Initial Assessment (in-person or virtual) and 3 x 45 min follow up appointments, spaced 2 weeks apart.

  2. NEW PRENATAL clients please book a 75 Min Initial Assessment (in-person or virtual), 1 x 45 min 3-4 weeks from your initial, PLUS a 60 min follow up at 30-34 weeks, and a 45 min follow up at 35-36 weeks.

Virtual Appointments are available to residents of Manitoba only.

Please note we do not offer directly billing to private insurance companies, but issue formal receipts for each appointment. In-person and virtual appointments may be covered under your Physiotherapy Extended Health Benefits, please check with your company about your specific coverage prior to your appointment.

Tryna DeGagne is a registered physiotherapist (Pelvic Health and Orthopaedics) working exclusively in female pelvic health, with a focus on prenatal & postpartum clients and pelvic pain disorders. Tryna graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science from Brandon University and in 2014 with a Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation in Physiotherapy from the University of Manitoba. She has travelled across North America to taken 15+ post-secondary courses in the area of Female Pelvic Health, and has additional certification in: acupuncture (from Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute), Perinatal Fitness, Orthopaedic Manual Therapy Levels 1, 2 & 3, Running Assessment & Injuries, McKenzie Part A & B

Tryna has been pregnant & postpartum 4 times herself, experiencing significant pelvic girdle pain in all her pregnancies. She gets how confusing and frustrating the information surrounding exercise and pelvic health can be in the perinatal period, having navigated it herself. Tryna’s clinical approach is head to toe, teaching you how to connect to your body, breath, pelvic floor + core through movement. The physiotherapy sessions promoting education, prevention, improving and alleviating symptoms in pregnancy, birth and beyond by ensuring your home exercises are enjoyable, effective and match your movement goals.

Tryna had an active childhood participating in gymnastics, soccer and volleyball. As an adult she loves to be active by walking, running, weights, yoga and pilates. Tryna is an avid reader, coffee enthusiast and loves lake time + road trips with her family.
